Forthcoming ACT WORKSHOPS

John will be doing a 1 day intensive workshop on ACT for Anxiety Disorders at Four Winds Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY. ACT is a newer, third-generation behavior therapy that balances mindfulness and acceptance processes with commitment and behavior change processes. Registration is required by May 23, 2007.
